POSITION : As a Contractor Salesperson, they will be responsible for cultivating and securing business within the assigned territory. We are looking for someone who will regularly visit commercial, industrial, and residential electrical contractors as well as distributor partners to promote Lester Sales’ manufacturer’s products and solutions. This person will also develop and maintain relationships with specifiers to expedite the flow of project business. They will need to build and maintain meaningful relationships with vendor partners, our industry customers as well as be an integral part of the Lester Sales culture.
REQUIREMENTS :

- Establish and nurture relationships with vendor’s key personnel.
- Collaborate with other Lester Salespeople in the territory to manage customer and vendor relationships, secure orders and cooperate with post-sales support to resolve issues.
- Have the ability to absorb information around a vast number of products, services and applications.
- Be willing and able to follow a proven sales process that may appear non-traditional.
