We are a family wellness office with a specialty in perinatal and pediatric care. We aim to provide the best care possible to families in Southwest Oklahoma through neurologically based chiropractic care and holistic wellness education. Our office is warm, welcoming, laid back yet professional.
We seek a Chiropractic Assistant to join our team!

CA Daily Tasks:
- Get computer software up and running each day
- Reply to texts, emails, voicemails etc.
- Get scans, iPads, exam room ready for the day
- Make sure iPads and scans are charged
- Make sure the bathroom is clean, hand towels rolled and ready to go, changing table clean and diaper pail not full
- Make sure there is water in Berkey and both keurigs
- Make sure plants have sufficient water
- Kids area clean/tidy
- Office/workspace is clean and tidy throughout the day
- Wipe down toys at lunch and end of day
- Gather and take out trash
- Make sure ROF folders and CARs are ready to go
- Discuss financial plans/payments with patients
- Take/run/schedule payments
- Keep welcome sign updated
- Answer phone
- Schedule/reschedule appointments
- Guide/redirect kids in the office
- Coordinate patient flow within the office
- Guide office tours & patient experience
- Instill hope!
Requirements:
- High School Education or Equivalent
- Willing to travel for team trainings which includes weekends (travel and meals provided by the office)
- Willing to take extra trainings/courses provided by the office
- Willing to set up at community events on weekends occasionally
- Willing to stay after patient hours for classes/events held at the office
- Willing and open to learn
- Can expect to work 27-32 hours/week
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
