Junior Videographer (Entry-Level)
Location: Concord, NC | Compensation: DOE
You’ve got a camera, a sharp eye, and the drive to get better with every shot. We’re looking for a Junior Videographer who’s ready to get hands-on, learn fast, and start building real experience in the field. If you know the basics and want to level up, this is your shot.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in filming content for social, digital, and branded projects.
- Set up and break down gear—cameras, lighting, audio, whatever’s needed.
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage, secondary angles, and on-the-fly moments.
- Work alongside senior videographers and editors to bring ideas to life.
- Learn framing, lighting, and movement techniques in real-world settings.
What You Bring:
- A basic understanding of cameras, lenses, and lighting (DSLRs, mirrorless, or pro gear).
- A portfolio, school project, or personal work that shows you know how to shoot.
- A strong sense of composition and storytelling—even if you’re still refining it.
- A fast-moving, can-do attitude—willing to take direction and jump in where needed.
- A passion for video, content, and creating work that actually looks good.
