Duties
- Answer phone calls, providing information and assistance to customers excellent phone etiquette.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are accurately recorded and easily accessible.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain databases using Google Suite applications.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including clerical tasks such as typing, copying, and scanning documents.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- A background in customer service or personal assistant roles will be beneficial for this position.
