The Role :

We're seeking a proactive and ambitious BD Lead to help accelerate our B2B sales efforts with running and cycling event organizers. This role offers a unique opportunity to be deeply involved in the growth of our US and international business, driving the entire sales process, while gaining exposure to leading event organizers from around the globe.

As a key player in our team, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our sales initiatives are seamless and impactful, building meaningful relationships with sponsors and event organizers, and contributing to deals that drive our mission and business forward.

The base salary for this role is $75,000 with an OTE of $125,000 including commission.

Responsibilities :

Sales : Develop, and execute on the sales process end to end of prospective partners. Collaborate with the President, USA, the broader sales team and leadership of Let's Do This to develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring flawless delivery and process improvement.

Relationship Development : Build and nurture strong relationships with event organizers. Represent the company at industry conferences and events, which will involve significant travel opportunities. Maintain detailed records of all interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent relationship management.

Product alignment : Work closely with the product team to understand the product deeply, and also regularly share clear and actionable insights for product improvements.

About You :

  • Experienced in B2B SaaS Sales : Proven track record in managing full-cycle B2B sales, with experience in engaging high-level decision-makers, and comfortable navigating complex sales processes and negotiations.
  • Relationship-Builder : Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Adept at forging and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proactive : A natural self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Self-Motivated & Driven : A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Resilient and persistent, with a willingness to travel extensively to engage with prospects.
  • Passionate About Sports : Ideally, you are a keen sportsperson with a genuine interest in running, cycling, or similar sports. Your passion will help you connect authentically with event organizers and sponsors
