The Role

We're seeking a proactive and ambitious Sales Support Associate to help accelerate our B2B sales efforts with commercial sponsors and running and cycling event organizers. This role offers a unique opportunity to be deeply involved in the growth of our US and international business, supporting the entire sales process while gaining exposure to leading event organizers and innovative sponsors from around the globe.

As a key player in our team, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our sales and partnership initiatives are seamless and impactful, building meaningful relationships with sponsors and event organizers, and contributing to deals that drive our mission and business forward.

The salary range for this role will be between $50,000-$65,000.

Responsibilities :

1. Sales Support : Collaborate with the General Manager, USA, and the broader sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring flawless delivery and process improvement. Tasks may include conducting in-depth research on prospective partners, creating proposals and compelling pitch decks for meetings, and actively gathering feedback from partners to continuously refine our approach and materials

2. Sales Pipeline Management : Take ownership of detailed tasks, such as expanding the General Manager's reach through strategic email outreach and timely follow-ups to streamline communication; as well as organising meeting logistics and providing critical administrative support to keep sales efforts on track .

3. Relationship Development : Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers and sponsors. This role involves significant travel to meetings and events to foster connections and follow through on key opportunities. You'll take detailed notes, summarize action points and drive follow ups to completion.
