As a General Manager you will be responsible for :
Facility Operations
Sales and Marketing
Hiring and Recruiting
Employee Training and Management
Qualifications : Minimum :
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be willing and able to work nights Mon-Fri from 4pm to 1am and Sat-Sun between 6am and 1am.
- 2 years successful sales experience
- 1 years Formal leadership / Supervisory experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in customer service, sales, and business operations
Preferred :
Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!
Soccer knowledge and / or experience as a player, coach, or working in a soccer related business.
Team sports knowledge and experience
Working knowledge of business financials
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
