Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to help us grow bowling. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by managing lead generation, facilitating inside sales processes, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and clients. This person will also be responsible for our birthday parties and processes as well as corporate parties, field trips, church outing and other miscellaneous events as assigned. This position requires someone with a strong and positive attitude with an understanding of sales strategies, account management, and market analysis to help drive business growth.
Duties
- Assist in lead generation activities to identify potential clients and opportunities.
- Support inside sales efforts by preparing sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our software systems.
- Analyze market trends to provide insights that inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to manage accounts effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate communication between departments to streamline the sales process.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or B2B environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with account management practices is a plus.
- Proficient in using software tools for tracking leads and analyzing data.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
