As a Logistics Dispatcher at Let's Talk Logistics, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of Amazon packages. Your responsibilities will include monitoring Chime chat and phone calls during your shift, documenting issues when necessary, and communicating with station management as needed.
Schedule and Working Hours:
Your schedule will be assigned and may be subject to change. You will be expected to cover extra hours during Prime Week, Peak Season, and other busy periods. Currently, we are looking for late afternoon/evening dispatchers.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor Chime chat and phone calls
- Document issues and communicate with station management
- Maintain communication with station management throughout the day
- Assist with coaching or initial training of drivers
- Work with management to understand van availability and maintenance status
- Assist with onboarding newly hired drivers
- Keep accurate clock in/out records for drivers
- Conduct end-of-night inspections
Requirements:
- Prior DSP work experience
- Eligible to work in the U.S
- New York Driver's License required
- At least 21 years of age
- Pass pre-employment drug test and background check
