- Monitor Chime chat and phone calls during shifts
- Communicate with station management as needed
- Document issues and assist with problem-solving
- Collaborate with management to improve delivery operations
- Assist with onboarding newly hired drivers
Requirements:
- Prior experience in logistics or transportation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid New York Driver's License
- Eligible to work in the U.S
