In Home Caregiver

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver/Personal Assistant to provide support and assistance with daily activities for our clients. As a Caregiver/Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals lead fulfilling lives by promoting their independence and well-being. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to our clients in various settings such as assisted living facilities or residential homes
- Assist with daily activities including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and dressing
- Assist with any and all errands as well as pet care
- Support individuals in participating in social activities and community integration
- Communicate any and all concerns/questions to supervisor with 24 hours
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and progress made by individuals

Skills:
- Ability to provide assistance to all clients with empathy, compassion, and respect
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with individuals, families, co-workers and supervisor
- Knowledge of resident rights and ability to advocate for individuals' needs
-Must be great with pets

-Previous work in nursing homes, assisted living facilities or in home care is a definite plus
