Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations.
- Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report any issues to management.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
Summary
As a Local Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely to various locations. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, your core skills in driving, heavy lifting, and delivery driver experience will be essential in executing daily tasks.
