Overview:
We are seeking age 21 individuals who are knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Retail Managers and Budtenders to join our team. As a Budtender, you will assist customers in selecting cannabis products, provide information on strains, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
As a Manager, you will oversee the retail business and ensure it is kept at high standards and in compliance with state law.
Skills:
_ Experience with marijuana products preferred
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and sales transactions efficiently
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Experience with POS systems for sales transactions
- Previous experience in electronics sales or customer service is beneficial
- Strong upselling skills to recommend additional products
- Excellent time management to handle multiple customers simultaneously
