PLS NOTE: Candidates must be able to commute to Lettuce Corporate on the far north side of Chicago (5419 N Sheridan Rd, Chicago IL 60640); a hybrid work schedule is optional after training is fully completed.

Responsibilities
- Maintain, evaluate, analyze and report on HRIS data, including Core HR, payroll, timekeeping and benefits; implement process improvements; provide support for HRIS platform; and serve as a subject matter expert for the platform
- Create and generate a variety of reports and queries using HRIS reporting tools and help maintain data integrity by running queries and analyzing data
- Participate in processing of biweekly payroll, including but not limited to reviewing and resolving any payroll exceptions prior to payroll processing
- Assess current utilization of system to identify and recommend improvements to maximize value and efficiency
- Create and build training documentation regarding system functionality and upgrades and training for new for new and/or current end users
- Manage annual audit and weekly processing of 401(k) plan and serve as a company plan sponsor
- Prepare and submit annual compliance reports including but not limited to EEO-1
- Ensure all HRIS processes comply with Company policies and local, state and federal legal requirements
- Maintain availability to perform duties outside standard business hours on occasion as needed, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction
- Multitask calmly and effectively under pressure
- Occasionally retrieve and distribute files or office supplies weighing up to 10 pounds
Qualifications
- 2 years of HRIS analyst experience
- Ability to work well under deadline
