The Leumas Group is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects within the Leumas Group. The Project Manager will work closely with leadership, program teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, deliverables, and client satisfaction. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of projects across multiple program teams.
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure on-time delivery.
- Use project management tools (Microsoft 365, Asana, SharePoint, etc.) to track project status and documentation.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring alignment between teams and leadership.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Conduct regular project meetings, providing updates and resolving roadblocks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Risk Management & Problem-Solving
- Identify potential project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Address project challenges with data-driven solutions and stakeholder input.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual obligations.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track project performance against objectives.
- Generate reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting project progress and potential issues.
- Continuously assess and refine project management processes to drive operational excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3 years of experience in project management, preferably supporting multiple program teams.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Planner), and data analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams.
- PMP or CAPM certification (required).
