Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Base Rate $17.50/hour

What You’ll Be Doing as a Packaging Specialist 1:
Performs a variety of duties of simple/moderate complexity necessary to assemble and package Mount Systems and Accessories into final products for internal and external customers.
- Understands, supports, assembles and packages product according to established business processes.
- Installs various parts, assembles product and packages per work instructions.
- Operates glue dispensers to prep and assemble parts per work instructions.
- Operates presses, torque wrenches and other tools as required per work instructions
- Assembles simple dials, per work instructions, to support assembly manufacturing
- Support Safety measures, Ensure Quality product to customers, and support a 5S workspace.
- Follows work flow processes, including one piece flow.
- Ownership and deliverance of our core values to our internal teams and external customers.
- Other Duties as assigned.
Skills and Experiences You’ll Need as a Packaging Specialist 1:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of similar production experience.
- An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered.
- Able to read, understand and follow work instructions consistently.
- Effective verbal communications skills.
- Correctly fill out data sheets; may be required to do simple math calculations.
- Able to manipulate small parts into clean assemblies
- Able to visually identify defects of parts and or finished products.
- Ability to work independently.
Work Environment for a Packaging Specialist 1:
Work takes place in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and chemicals. Ability to use PPE. Ability to stand or sit for long periods; Good manual dexterity, fine motor skills, visual acuity, and ability to use full range of motion. Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds with assistance.
