What You'll Be Doing as a Senior Graphic Designer :
Generates ideas for new visual communications materials in support of multi-tiered, diverse markets. Provides input into strategies for promoting the brand and establishing product line identity. Maintains thorough knowledge of industry trends and Company markets and products.Initiates creative direction and delivers creative input on concepts and themes related to a wide range of marketing materials to support the marketing plan.Gathers information and data from a variety of internal and external resources to clarify design issues and redefine designs to meet the constraints of cost, time and project objectives.Develops printed advertising and collateral materials, POP-displays, digital ad suites, and graphic components for Company web site and social media.Utilizes a wide range of media including photography, illustration and computer aided design to create graphic designs, concepts and sample layouts.Oversees coordination with vendors on all phases of design, development, layout, final review and production.Develops and designs new creative concepts and graphics for company packaging.Keeps abreast of developments in design and technology advancements.Skills and Experience You'll Need as a Senior Graphic Designer :
Four-year degree in art, graphic design, or related field and 6-8 years of experience in the graphic design field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Understanding of digital media and the entire design and production process from concept to production. Ability to work across a wide variety of digital medium.Knowledge of product packaging and POP display design.Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop). Working knowledge of Premiere and Figma would be a plus.Ability to initiate, develop, oversee and execute creative solutions to many different types of marketing communications projects.Thorough knowledge of advertising media including print, broadcast, electronic, point of sale trade show and packaging.Demonstrated ability to apply layout principles and esthetic design concepts.Familiarity with shooting and hunting sports preferred.Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with varying timelines and priorities. Experience with participating on cross-functional teams.Excellent oral and written communication skills in order to effectively communicate with a broad range of internal and external customers.Excellent computer skills and experience with PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook, and other job specific graphics software.Work Environment for a Senior Graphic Designer : Work takes place in an office environment with consistent computer use.
