Performs assembly of Electric Submersible Equipment
Job Functions/ Duties (may be assigned other duties by management)
Continuously required to move about the facility
Physical ability to train and respond to emergency situations
Work is mostly in a climate controlled environment
Standing periodically for long periods of time
Occasional travel and on call required
Exposure to shop and field elements such as noise, dust, odors and temperature variations
Use of personal protective equipment required

Position Summary
Performs assembly of Electric Submersible Equipment
Job Functions/ Duties (may be assigned other duties by management)
- Under minimal supervision, assemble Electric Submersible Sensors and SPTX Surface Panels.
- Review work orders and acquire the engineering drawings/schematics and parts needed for the assembly.
- Perform electronic assembly, including wire striping, wiring, crimping and soldering.
- Perform checks using multimeters, megohmmeters and other measuring devices.
- Install various types of firmware and run diagnostics.
- Assist in other areas as instructed by supervisor.
- Attend all training courses per job specification.
- Comply with Levare Quality Assurance Policy and all requirements of the Quality Assurance Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
- Personally observe safety and security procedures and proper use of equipment and material. Actively promote safety process and report any safety issues to proper channels for action.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work overtime, be on call, and work holidays and weekends when needed
- Ability to follow all Levare HSE policies and procedures
- Must be able to read Engineering blueprints and schematics for electric submersible sensors and surface panels
- Knowledge of electronic components associated with electric submersible sensors and surface panels
- Intermediate computer skills for tracking and documentation
- Good attention to detail
- Strong customer focus with good communication, interpersonal, and team working skills
- Solid technical / mechanical skills
- Ability to solder, J-STD preferred
- Use of hand and power tools
- Ability to use micrometers, calipers, multimeters and other measuring devices
- Electrical wiring and diagnostics a plus
- Minimum of 1 year shop and/or assembly experience
