We are seeking a Talent Coordinator to join our Human Resources team and help support the recruitment of top-tier sales talent for our growing commercial teams. This individual will assist in the recruitment process by coordinating key aspects of talent acquisition, and assist in sourcing early career talent focusing on customer-centric skills and experience. As a Talent Coordinator, you will collaborate to manage and streamline the recruitment cycle, ensuring we attract exceptional sales professionals to drive business success.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate recruiting efforts to meet sales hiring goals in collaboration with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Lead
- Support candidate sourcing and screening by evaluating resumes and applications for sales and customer service experience
- Assist in developing recruitment materials, collaborating with discipline leads to highlight sales and customer service focus
- Manage candidate communication, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to interview scheduling
- Support interview logistics by coordinating schedules and ensuring a positive, efficient candidate experience
- Coordinate feedback collection after interviews, helping to align hiring teams on candidate evaluations
- Facilitate offer processes by ensuring timely communication and follow-ups with candidates post-interview
- Maintain and track recruitment metrics within our Jobvite Applicant Tracking System to ensure timely and effective recruiting
- Assist in building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified sales candidates, especially those with strong customer-facing skills
- Support campus recruitment efforts in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Lead and campus ambassadors
- Ensure that all recruitment efforts are in compliance with Levata’s standards of confidentiality and professionalism
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Some experience in recruiting coordination, with a strong preference for those who have experience with sales or customer-facing roles
- Highly detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to engage with candidates at all stages of the recruitment process
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with team members and stakeholders across departments
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and adaptable to dynamic situations and changing priorities in the recruiting process
