We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Leasing Specialist to join our team at an apartment community located in Richmond, VA. As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for processing rental applications, executing leases and collecting deposits.
You will also be required to respond to leasing inquiries, follow up on leads, and tour apartments. In addition, you will assist with any other administrative and property management tasks assigned by your supervisor.
