As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to leasing inquiries, developing marketing plans, and processing rental applications. You will also assist with administrative tasks such as managing move-ins and move-outs, and processing maintenance requests.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to leasing inquiries and following up on leads
- Developing marketing plans and posting advertisements
- Processing rental applications and executing leases
- Managing move-ins and move-outs
- Processing maintenance requests and work orders
