As the HR Coordinator & Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting top talent, managing the recruitment process, and supporting employees throughout their journey with us. You’ll handle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
- Directs, coordinates and facilitates all Human Resource activities including personnel management, career progression, talent acquisition, compliance, compensation, and benefits.
- Advises management on personnel issues
- Ensures all HR administrative functions are handled in an accurate, compliant, and timely manner
- Administers company benefits
- Assists in resolving issues including, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary action to ensure consistent policy application
- Manages employee review system
- Performs additional tasks as directed by President
Qualifications and Skills:
- BSBA or equivalent required
- Working knowledge of employee benefits and policies
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR role
- Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Ability to genuinely and respectfully connect with coworkers
- Team-building skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
