Level 10 Apparel, a leading screen print and embroidery company, is actively hiring a hands-on Production Supervisor to join its team in Cedar Rapids, IA.
The Production Supervisor will play a pivotal role in guiding the decoration, finishing and fulfillment teams. You will ensure products not only meet but exceed quality standards and delivery expectations.

Job Responsibilities:
- Support and motivate team to meet and exceed decoration demands while maintaining a high level of quality
- Prioritize and plan work activities with actionable plans, proactively identify demand shortfalls, and implement strategic adjustments to overcome challenges
- Identify and resolve root issues in a timely manner, collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement long-lasting solutions
- Ensure all processes are followed and executed at a high level
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred
- 5 years of relevant management experience
- Previous experience in the product decoration or printing industry is a plus
- Understanding and/or use and implementation of EOS is a plus
