Screen Print Press Operator

Level 10 is seeking a screen print press operator to help us achieve high quality decorated products. If you're ready to take on a fast-paced role where every day brings new challenges and rewards, keep reading!

The screen print press operator will be responsible for press operation, throughput, quality, machine maintenance, and workspace organization. You will utilize time management and organization to print high quality jobs and maintain production timelines. Top quality screen printing will require your fast-paced and detail-oriented mentality to shine and significantly impact the success of the business.

Primary Responsibilities

To succeed in this role you must:

Physical Demands of the Work Environment

• Ability to lift 25 lbs throughout the day
• Required to stand and walk throughout the day
• Required to utilize hand and finger dexterity
• Required to talk or hear
• Utilize visual acuity, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard
• Job duties will be performed in a production environment
• The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

Education and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Exceptional verbal communication skills required
• Strong attention to detail required
• Proven organizational skills, strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines required
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment
