Position Title: Sales and Marketing Administrator
Location: Northwest Indiana (On-site)

- Base Pay: $15 - $18 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
- Commission Pay: Standard performers can earn an additional $1,000 to $2,000 per month, based on appointment-setting effectiveness.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, dedicated, and enthusiastic Telemarketer / Appointment Setter to join our expanding team. This role involves making 150 outbound calls per day to prospective clients and handling inbound calls, setting appointments for our sales representatives to discuss our premium concrete coating solutions. This position is vital to our company’s goals and offers excellent opportunities for growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound phone calls efficiently and professionally.
- Make 150 outbound calls per day to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Work within our CRM to manage and update customer information and leads.
- Book appointments from company-generated leads for our sales team.
- Achieve daily and weekly call and appointment-setting targets.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and scheduling.
- Work a structured schedule, including Monday through Friday with one weekday off and every Saturday (required).
Requirements:
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a call center role is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-minded, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work on-site (in-office) during set business hours.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, with one weekday off.
- Every Saturday (required).
- Evening availability required.
- Hours: 35-40 hours per week.
