Sales/Customer Service Representative

Job Overview
Lips Printing Service is seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while driving sales. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in person.
• Utilize strong phone etiquette to engage with customers professionally and courteously.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order processing.
• Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services that meet their requirements.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions in our office system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery.
• Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English is required; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
• Prior experience in customer support or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with office procedures and computer systems for data entry and record keeping.
• Ability to analyze customer feedback and adapt strategies accordingly.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
