Bartender/Server

Level 88 is Fayetteville’s upscale bar and dining destination for soulful Southern flavors, premium cocktails, and an elevated adult social atmosphere. We’re currently seeking experienced Servers/Bartenders who are outgoing, polished, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.

You’ll be the face of the Level 88 experience—providing not just drinks or plates, but energy, rhythm, and style that match our clientele’s expectations. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in an upbeat environment with great music, strong teamwork, and high-quality service standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant serving or bartending experience (required)
• Must be 21 with working knowledge of responsible alcohol service
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts is required

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through our food and drink menu
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them promptly into the POS
• Serve entrées, cocktails, and wine with professionalism and a polished presentation
• Upsell specialty cocktails and menu features to enhance guest satisfaction
• Handle payments, split checks, and manage tabs with accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized section—including wiping, resetting, and restocking
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar team on guest needs and special requests
• Ensure every guest leaves feeling seen, appreciated, and eager to return

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Southern cuisine, crafted cocktails, or upscale bar service
• Confidence in working late-night, fast-paced shifts while keeping poise
• Basic wine and spirit knowledge
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond without being prompted
• Comfortable on your feet for extended periods with a fast-moving team

Compensation & Perks:

• Hourly Wage: $2.25/hr pooled tips (often $15–$25/hr with tips)

Schedule:

• Evening and late-night shifts (some shifts may end around 1:30 AM)
• Weekends and holidays required
• Shift Length: 6–8 hours, depending on volume and role
