Job Description
Level All is looking for an experienced and visionary leader who is passionate about building brands with purpose. In this role, the Marketing Director will drive the strategic direction of all marketing efforts, including planning, developing, and executing marketing materials and campaigns, managing in-house and external resources, and driving revenue growth within all Level All audiences. Experience with digital media and performance marketing is key. You will lead a small internal marketing team, external agencies, and collaborate with our digital content developers, sales, engineers, product management, sponsor partnerships, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and drive growth.
This is a full-time regular employment (FTE) opportunity with a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day remote, Midtown Manhattan).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop the internal and external team fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and desire to make a positive social impact.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive cross-channel marketing plan aligned with Level All’s strategic goals, objectives, and brand positioning to support growth, as the go-to leader for online guidance with attainment of higher education and / or future career.
- Stay current with digital / social marketing trends and best practices to lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising / storytelling.
- Collaborate with our digital content developers, sales, engineers, product management, sponsor partnerships, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Develop and manage a marketing budget, ensuring effective use of resources and marketing ROI backed by proactive insights and data analytics.
- Present work to partners, stakeholders and senior leaders regularly.
