As a key contributor to our projects, you'll assist in both Preconstruction and Project Management phases, ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple tasks across various projects concurrently.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to establish project objectives and procedures.
- Assist in developing and updating construction schedules.
- Administer project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and drawing logs.
- Support budget preparation, change orders, and contract management.
- Maintain meeting agendas using Procore software.
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Provide regular progress reports and address potential cost or schedule impacts.
- Ensure adherence to quality control and assurance standards.
- Assist Preconstruction activities as required.
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of construction experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering.
- Proficiency in Procore, Building Connected, Bluebeam, and Microsoft 365 software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
