What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Cabinet Installer position at Level Countertops, Cabinets, & Flooring?
Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Looking for honest, self motivated, trustworthy, hardworking, motivated individuals with excellent work ethic and communication skills.
-Must be able to work well with others.
-Able to improvise and think outside the box.
-Daily duties are but not limited to.....
-8 hours per workday, sometimes more when needed.
-Report to cabinet shop supervisor.
-Installation of cabinetry, trim and hardware.
-Able to perform custom fabrication and on-site modifications.
-Troubleshooting.
-Daily use of various power tools and hand tools.
-Raises are given based on attendance, consistent hard work, increased potential, influence on the team, time with the company and motivation
Experience is required.
Experience in laminating not required but is perferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
