Job Location: Buford, GA

$45k-$55k/annually bonus

5 PTO days (40 hours) accrued during 1st year of service.

PTO accrual begins on start date and accrues at 3.33 hours per month of service for 1st

1 Sick day awarded after first year of service and applied on Jan 1st of subsequent year.

10 PTO days (80 hours) accrued during 2nd thru 4th year of service.

PTO accrual begins on Jan 1st and accrues at 6.67 hours per month of service for 2nd thru 4th

2 Sick days awarded after 2nd year of service and applied on Jan 1st of subsequent year.

15 PTO days (120 hours) accrued during 5th year of service and beyond.

PTO accrual begins on Jan 1st and accrues at 10 hours per month of service beginning 5th

40 hours of PTO is allowed to be carried over until Apr 30th of subsequent year.

2 Bereavement days for immediate family effective immediately.

Eligibility for 401k with Safe Harbor Matching after 1 year of continuous employment.

Health Insurance available after 90 days of service.

Aflac Supplemental Insurance available after 90 days of service.

Level Creek Construction (LCPR) provides our customers with complete disaster recovery management services. LCPR specializes in disaster mitigation and reconstruction services.

We are seeking a driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as a team member. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual that wants to estimate jobs in Xactimate and/or Symbility. Our next team member must be Xactimate proficient, be dependable, motivated, and good people skills. This opportunity will have a base salary plus commission, giving the individual unlimited earning potential. This is a great long-term opportunity to be a member of a growing team.

Qualifications

• Computer skills – Xactimate, Symbility a plus, Critical Path Scheduling, Excellent Microsoft office knowledge especially Excel and Word. Knowledge of construction components and mitigation scopes.
• Communication skills – Excellent communication skills both oral and written. Must have good follow through. Must be able to generate detailed custom scopes and estimates as required to win work. High integrity standards are a must.
• Motivation – Must be a team player and self-starter. Able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Industry Experience – Minimum 1-3 years of experience in residential or commercial construction estimating. Experience with conceptual estimating and Xactimate. Must be able to work closely with Project Managers and Insurance adjusters and staff.

Responsibilities

• Create scopes and estimates based on data provided by Project Managers.
• Read, understand, log and track changes and rejections for produced scopes, specifications, and documents.
• Initiate and track submittals. Follow through to approval.
• Take responsibility for the overall estimating process until handoff to Project Manager.
• Perform other duties as required.
