Responsibilities
- Working with buyers as a consultative salesperson
- Working with sellers as a Listing expert
- Negotiating on behalf of your clients
- Follow up with clients
- Showing homes
- Hosting open houses
- Willing to be held accountable
- Becoming the local expert in your area for customers
- Working in a group atmosphere to achieve top results
- Desiring to leverage systems at a high level
- Desire to build a big business
Qualifications
We are seeking agents who are experienced who are ready to break through a ceiling!
As a member of Ann Hoke and Associates you will need the following qualifications.
- Must have a valid TN Real Estate License
- Ability to communicate effectively

- Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
- Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
- Ability to set and close appointments over the phone

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
