This part-time, hybrid position provides ownership over all front end recruiting. Leading the candidate in-flow of Engineers & Architects to scale the impact of Level’s mission and purpose of lowering the barrier of entry to entrepreneurship allowing for talented designers to thrive in a new way of working.
Minimum Qualifications
- Three (3) years of professional Recruiting and candidate screening experience
- Four (4) years of contributing to a team
- Three (3) years experience in managing a sales cycle or recruiting pipeline
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to assess personality fit and cultural alignment
- Demonstrated acumen allowing for innovation and recruitment processes improvements
- Tech-savvy with familiarity in applicant tracking, software, and data analytics tools
- Familiarity with LinkedIn tools like sales navigator, list building, scrapping, and messaging
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a part-time capacity
- Attention to detail; highly organized and efficient
- A growth-oriented mindset with a passion for fostering talent development and community impact.
- Engineering, Architecture experience not required, but a plus
- Proven experience recruiting high-level professionals
