Key Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or modify existing ones.
- Reach out to potential clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other means to build relationships and rapport.
- Evaluate the needs of individual or business clients and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Gather client information to assess risk and provide customized solutions.
- Prepare performance reports for manager to track business development success.
- Maintain detailed records of transactions, sales, and leads.
- Continuously update your industry knowledge and apply it in the field.
- Adhere to all company policies and compliance standards.
- Additional duties as required
- Proven experience as an Insurance Sales Representative.
- Strong understanding of insurance plans, including life insurance and annuities.
- Proficiency with computers and familiarity with basic statistical data.
- Goal-driven mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to deliver client-focused solutions and build lasting client relationships.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Valid life insurance license required
