We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate residential construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Complete day-to-day operations of building new homes
- Maintain construction schedules and trade partner communication
- Ensure homes are built to meet local building code
- Ensure new home orientation and punch lists are executed properly
- Inspect trade partners’ work to ensure it meets the established quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness of jobsites
- Assist with homeowner warranty inspections
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
