RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
As an Analyst / Associate at Level III Capital, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our growth objectives and gain hands-on experience in investor relations. Reporting to key team members, you will be involved in various aspects of the capital formation process.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and management of investor relationships through outreach and meeting coordination.
- Assist in the creation of investor outreach materials, including due diligence documents, pitch decks, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain prospective investor contacts, updating profiles in our CRM system.
- Provide support in guiding investors through our fund on-boarding process.
- Develop a foundational understanding of digital asset technologies and active management strategies.
- Represent the firm at events, sharing our collective view on key focus areas.
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives and marketing efforts.
- Participate in special projects such as data clean-up, process improvement analysis, and metrics reporting.
Qualifications
We are looking for self-starters with a passion for blockchain technology and finance. Ideal candidates should possess:
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Preferred 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing role.
- Passion about the potential of blockchain / crypto / digital assets.
- A fair amount of financial acumen, with a good understanding of financial markets and different types of investment strategies.
- Motivated team player who can adapt and contribute in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Comfortability with phone-based outreach and outbound marketing efforts.
- Ability to multitask, with a process-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and CRM software.
- Enthusiasm for learning about financial markets and investment strategies.
LOCATION
Candidates should be based in the Dallas – Fort Worth metro area or be willing to relocate.
