Job Title : Data Analyst
Hours : M-F, 35 hours / week
Location : Gaithersburg, MD (onsite)
Pay : $23-$25 / hr
Type : CTH
Summary : The Data Analyst ensures program quality and compliance with funder requirements while supporting participant success. Reporting to the Operations Manager and Project Director, this role focuses on data management, performance analysis, and reporting to meet program goals.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze and manage data to achieve program goals, ensuring compliance with Maryland TANF requirements.
- Conduct data analysis, create logical models, and develop visualizations to present insights effectively.
- Manage spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets), including pivot tables, and train staff on data systems.
- Troubleshoot process issues and develop strategies to improve performance and productivity.
- Complete monthly billing and participant performance reports; oversee participant incentive distribution.
- Support special projects and ensure all reporting aligns with funder requirements.
