We are searching for a Foreman for high-end residential projects in the Bay Area.

As a foreman, you are dedicated to safety, quality, your own growth and experience, and the growth of the team around you. You are a bags-on lead carpenter and the right hand person to the Superintendent on site.
As foreman, you’ll be on-site as a lead Carpenter and go-to person. Ideally, you’re looking to grow into a Superintendent role. You’ll be responsible for :
- Ensuring work is performed safely, in accordance with plans and specifications, and in compliance with local building codes and Cal-OSHA
- Reading plans and performing layout
- Partnering with, and lining out, subcontractors and crew
- Performing carpentry
- Opening and / or closing the site
- Representing the company if the Superintendent is not on site
- Partnering with the Superintendent on daily schedule
- Overseeing material deliveries
- Being solution-oriented with the crew and subcontractors and vendors
- Taking ownership of material use and minimizing waste
- Maintaining job site security and safety
