Position : Scheduler
Location : Napa County, CA
Pay : $120,000 - $150,000 DOE
Schedule : Full Time, Hybrid
Level Recruiting is seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler for a high end residential construction company based in Napa County. This individual will have experience managing multiple vertical projects, with the highest attention to detail and the ability to get ahead of challenges to insure a smooth production schedule. The scheduler will work with project managers and superintendents to track logic changes, and delay impacts, analyze project schedule progress, and generate schedule reports. The Project Scheduler will report directly to the job’s Project Director, but may have report to multiple Project Directors.
Scheduler Duties :
- Develop schedules and demonstrate a fluency with Primavera P6.
- Conduct planning sessions to determine critical subcontractor schedule insights.
- Manage multiple schedules and input updates promptly.
- Facilitate weekly schedule meetings.
- Identify schedule differences and opportunities.
- Determine and input schedule status updates into the project schedule.
- Evaluate the actual construction status relative to proposed plan.
- Ensure schedules are developed in compliance with company policies and contractual requirements.
- Notify teams of changes to project schedule.
- Develop schedule delay mitigation strategies utilizing recovery schedules and what-if schedule analyses.
- Produce and distribute regular schedule reports including 3 week projections and monthly updates.
- Other duties as assigned.
Scheduler Skills and Experience
