As a Supervisor, you play a pivotal role in ensuring safety, maintaining quality, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will oversee all on-site construction activities. Your responsibilities will include :

Ensuring all work is performed safely, following plans and specifications, adhering to local building codes and Cal-OSHA regulations.
Collaborating closely with the Owner, Architect, and Project Management team.
Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff while creating and maintaining the construction schedule.
Partnering with the Project Manager to develop the master schedule, facilitate architect and owner decisions, and assist with project estimating as plans evolve.
Maintaining detailed project records, including daily job logs, construction photos, and safety documentation.
Organizing and maintaining plans, specifications, as-builts, RFIs, and submittals while ensuring the meticulous organization of site files and documents.
Reviewing and verifying time sheets for accuracy.
Representing the company professionally with Owners, Architects, Subcontractors, employees, suppliers, Homeowners Associations, and the surrounding community.
Ensuring security on the job site, safeguarding all personnel, equipment, and materials.

To thrive in this role, you will need :

A minimum of 5 years of superintendent experience, preferably in high-end residential projects.

Proficiency in technology including Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam Revu, and Procore.

Sound knowledge of construction practices, methods, materials, and tools used in both residential and commercial settings.

The ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications accurately.

Strong communication, active listening, and team-building skills, as well as mentoring abilities.

Exceptional organizational skills.
