Responsibilities :
- Build and manage a hybrid team of design, engineering and permitting professionals in local and remote locations including internal staff, consultants and outsourced contributors.
- Determine project-specific due diligence requirements.
- Find and develop digital tools for efficient design and permitting in a wide variety of locations.
- Create and maintain drawing templates and design standards.
- Supervise project administration.
- Assess methods to improve on processes and requirements.
- Design cost-effective, prefabrication-friendly construction details.
