Service Parts Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage parts inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Process and fulfill shipping orders, maintaining high standards of quality.
• Use Excel and Oracle for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment for the parts department.
• Assist with deliveries when needed, including driving a box truck (if qualified).

Required Qualifications:

• Computer Savvy: Proficiency in Excel and Oracle.
• Active & Fast Paced: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Inventory Experience: Proven experience managing stock and parts inventory.
• Shipping Experience: Familiarity with shipping practices and tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Forklift certified (a plus).
• Able to drive a box truck (a plus).

Compliance:

• Candidates must be able to pass a drug screen
• Candidates must be willing to submit to a criminal background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
