Tumble Coach

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Tumble/Acrobatics Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tumbling coaching and physical education. This role involves educating and training individuals of all ages, fostering a positive environment that promotes physical fitness and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of individual athletes or teams.
• Teach correct technique, attention to detail
• Provide guidance and support to participants, ensuring they understand techniques and strategies.
• Foster a safe and encouraging environment for all participants, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship.
• Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to help athletes improve their performance.
• Organize practice sessions and coordinate schedules for training events or competitions.
• Engage with parents and guardians to discuss athlete development and progress.
• Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques and health club practices to enhance training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching tumbling, gymnastics, acrobatics
• Available weekday, evenings and Saturdays
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate individuals of all ages.
• Ability to climb and perform physical activities related to coaching duties.
• A passion for promoting health, fitness, and well-being among participants.
• Certification in first aid/CPR is desirable but not mandatory.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $20.38 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
