Position Overview:
Sales Representatives play a critical role in driving our growth by generating leads and opening sales with homeowners. This position requires a motivated, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced and competitive environment. You will work closely with our Restoration Sales Consultants by supporting sales in identified territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Proactively identify and generate new leads through self-prospecting, referrals, networking, and company-provided leads.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers.
Customer Consultation:
- Conduct basic exterior inspections, identifying areas of concern and setting Inspection appointments with a Restoration Sales Consultant.
- Educate homeowners on exterior solutions, materials, and the benefits of working with Level Up Restoration, LLC & it’s affiliates.
Administrative and Team Collaboration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of hours worked in QuickBooks Time.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure appointments are confirmed between homeowners and assigned Restoration Consultant.
- Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications:Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of exterior systems, materials, and installation processes (training will be provided).
Personal Attributes:
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A team player who collaborates well with others.
- Competitive – former athlete, service industry or military.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Saturday Appointments

Job Type: Seasonal (May- September) Part-Time Hourly Employee
Pay Scale: $15 Hourly, flexible hours up to 24 hours per week 1% finder’s fee commission at completion of Restoration Project.
Work Location: Crystal Lake & surrounding Chicagoland areas where homes are affected.
