Position Overview

As a Graduate Program Creator – Marketing & Sales, you will be responsible for developing, launching, and managing a structured graduate development program tailored for entry-level marketing and sales professionals. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to create training modules, mentorship initiatives, and real-world experiences that prepare graduates for high-performance careers in customer acquisition, brand building, and revenue generation.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with expertise in talent development, marketing execution, and sales enablement who can blend creativity with a results-driven approach.


Key Responsibilities

Program Development & Implementation:

Design a comprehensive graduate training program focused on marketing strategy, sales techniques, and business development.

Develop structured learning paths, hands-on workshops, and real-world project opportunities.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluation metrics to track participant growth and success.

Align program objectives with company goals and industry trends to ensure long-term impact.


Marketing & Sales Integration:

Create marketing campaigns to attract top graduate talent to the program.

Develop promotional materials, digital content, and engagement strategies to enhance visibility.

Collaborate with the sales team to integrate lead generation, client outreach, and revenue-focused training into the program.

Implement strategies that align branding efforts with sales-driven initiatives to maximize impact.


Stakeholder Collaboration & Mentorship:

Partner with internal leaders, mentors, and industry experts to provide high-quality training and guidance.

Establish networking events, guest speaker sessions, and mentorship opportunities.

Act as a bridge between graduates and leadership, ensuring seamless integration into marketing and sales roles.

Provide ongoing support and career coaching to program participants.


Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement:

Gather feedback from participants, mentors, and stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness.

Implement data-driven improvements to ensure continued success and adaptation to industry changes.

Report on program outcomes, participant progress, and business impact, with a focus on marketing success and sales growth.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

3 years of experience in marketing, sales, talent development, or program coordination.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and sales funnel optimization.

Experience in designing and implementing training or mentorship programs.

Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.

Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and drive initiatives from concept to execution.

Passion for developing future marketing and sales professionals and fostering professional growth.
