What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shop Manager/Lead Technician position at LEVEL Upfitters?
Job Description
We are looking for a Spray Technician to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' trucks have the best possible protection against the elements. You will use your skills and experience to prepare and apply spray-on bedliners, and you will communicate with management to ensure that we have the supplies we need to do our job and to address any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for keeping our records up-to-date so that we can provide our customers with the best possible service.
If you are a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience in spray application, we encourage you to apply! This is a great opportunity to join a growing company and make a difference in the lives of our customers.
Ranging from.
- Spray, Spray, Spray - Install spray in bedliners to the highest standards in the industry and bedliners are just the beginning
- Spray some more - Apply undercoat and rust proofing so that our customer's vehicles survive Michigan
- Installations - Tonneau covers, shelves in vans, drill, screw, etc.
- Product Knowledge - Develop and cultivate a strong knowledge of our products and services so that you can prescribe appropriate solutions
- Professional Development - Learn new skills, apply them, become more valuable to the team
Working with us is definitely not for everyone. We make things better. We make truck beds outlast the truck. We make the bottom of your vehicle the least rusty part. Heck, even the Pentagon is covered in bedliner. Just look what it did for this watermelon https://youtu.be/eTm13Q00jXI
And we're not just looking for skills and experience. Having shared values is just as important.

✅ Discover over create: Why spend countless hours solving something that's already been solved?
✅ Do it anyways: There will always be some amount of doing things that we'd rather not. Hard work is required in order to achieve great things.
