Title: Sales and Marketing Manager
Type: 1099 contract, Hybrid, Nashville, TN
Pay: $30-$40/hr
Hours: Part-time, 10-15/week
Job Summary: Level Workforce is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between our executive leadership and the sales and marketing team. This role is critical in transforming strategic vision into actionable plans, ensuring that high-level goals are effectively delegated, executed, and delivered as polished, market-ready outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the executive team and the sales/marketing staff, translating strategic directives into clear objectives and action plans.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales and marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Oversee the execution of sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and branding efforts in collaboration with the team.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Track performance metrics, analyze data, and report results to the executive team with recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and customer engagement across all platforms and channels.
- Identify opportunities for growth and process improvements within the sales and marketing functions.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles
- Strong ability to translate high-level strategy into actionable steps and measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
