Job Description :
Seeking a Senior Electrical Controls Engineer to design and program automated systems, develop schematics, write PLC logic, create HMI screens, and collaborate with the robotics integration team to ensure seamless system integration.
Job Title : Senior Electrical Controls Engineer
Location : Onsite in Plain City, OH
Key Responsibilities :
Design schematics and hardware using AutoCAD Electrical or EPlan.
Manage projects from design to installation and customer buy-off, providing hands-on support throughout the process.
Program and integrate robotics (Fanuc, Kuka, Yaskawa, ABB).
Debug software and troubleshoot systems during builds and installations.
Ensure compliance with RIA, TUV, and electrical safety standards.
Support installation and testing at customer sites.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred; 5 years of experience considered in lieu of degree.
3 years of experience with PLC programming and HMI development.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical or EPlan.
Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of industrial safety standards.
Experience with industrial power distribution design.
