What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Lead, Business position at Level?
What You'll Do:
- Own the roadmap and strategy for our employer and broker apps, which include key features like: member management, account creation, plan creation and quoting, analytics, and billing. You’ll handle the entire product life cycle from research and design through development and launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Account Management to build self-service and new features that haven’t existed before in this industry.
- Analyze data to generate insights for prioritizing improvement opportunities.
Who You Are:
- 7 years of product management experience, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Experience leading clear prioritization and helping teams make data-driven decisions.
- Strategic problem solver. Never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on.
- Clear and effective communication style. You can drive clarity and define problems.
