Each challenge is designed to bring a group together in engaging activities that take 2 to 4 minutes to complete, sparking moments of laughter in epic fails and high-fives in triumphant wins. From navigating our iconic Axe Run, to solving puzzles in a Crystal Cavern, to conquering the largest pinball game imaginable, Level99 offers endless ways to play using both body and mind. Level99 tracks each player’s progress as they work their way up the coveted leaderboard or try to collect every “star” available in the venue, unlocking exclusive rewards as they play. To enhance the gaming experience, Level99 offers a full-service bar, restaurant, and beer hall, Night Shift Kitchen Tap, that features scratch-made cooking, legendary craft beers, hand-made creative cocktails, and a variety of dining and gathering spaces for events. In 2025, we will be adding Victory Brewing in Tysons, VA and Two Roads Kitchen Tap in West Hartford, CT to our group of restaurants as we team up with local brewers in support of our northeast expansion.
Level99 opened its first location in 2021 in Natick, MA, followed by its second location in Providence, RI in 2024. A young, entrepreneurial company, Level99 has immediate plans to triple in size over the next 18 months. JOB DESCRIPTION
Level99 is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will support the development of innovative products that meet the needs of our guests and staff. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features, creating user stories, managing the backlog and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.

\n- Collaborate with stakeholders to define, prioritize and design product features and requirements
- Maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs
- Work closely with multiple development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and product releases
- Continually conduct market research and competitive scanning to identify trends and opportunities for product innovation
- Communicate product vision and strategy to internal teams and departmental stakeholders
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Continuously evaluate and adjust product strategy based on market and customer feedback
- Other duties, as assigned.
- 3 years experience as a Digital Product Owner
- BA/BS in Tech or Tech Adjacent field
- A positive, joyful, upbeat, and energetic attitude – leading by example
- Have the ability to function collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, customer-oriented team, perform effectively and demonstrated willingness to support the team on all levels to get the job done
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including both technical and non-technical users across all levels of an organization
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Superior organization skills with the ability to simultaneously handle multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build strong partnership with Business Partners and IT leads
- Effective conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Create and maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date documentation on products and feature guides
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which may include days, nights, and weekends as well as emergency responsiveness to pressing technical issues as required
- Ability to travel to our venues to observe products and to support releases as required
- 3 years of experience with consumer facing Ecommerce applications
- 2 years working within an Agile work environment
- 2 years of experience working with Google Analytics or equivalent
- Proficient in Jira’s Project Management and Product Discovery tools
- Consumer facing product experience within a ‘Physical-and-Digital’ environment, such as online ticket reservation system and/or onsite kiosk purchasing a plus
- Social Entertainment or Video Game Industry experience a plus
While we don’t expect a candidate to have deep experience in all of the above, we’re looking for someone with the passion and capability to learn quickly in the areas that are new!
